Shipping Policy
Orders can be sent to any address in Cyprus & Greece. You can also buy online and collect your items from our store for free.
Orders are shipped up to 2 business days after confirmation of payment. Please note that we only deliver from Monday to Friday, except on bank holidays. Note: No deliveries are made in PO Boxes all deliveries are made by Akis Express or a comparable courier.
In some cases, the payment will be made directly with the courier.
Return & Exchange Policy
All items purchased from the online store or the mortar shop cannot be exchanged or returned unless the product is damaged on delivery.
Warranty
According to suppliers, country laws, and vendor every product have a warranty; depending on the product, the warranty can be 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years. In case a product is purchased outside of Cyprus, we will ship the product for free of charge to the logistics center required.

Return by courier
To return by courier an article purchased from the online store, please contact us by email to info@techpotcy.com with information on the order number and article to be returned in order to receive instructions. The customers assume shipping costs in the case of returning the items via courier. All returns need to have a tracking number associated with them.
